Do I qualify to become an independent contractor and service clients?

No previous experience is necessary. You must have a clean background check and live in the United States with the exception of: California, New York, Colorado, Washington, Wisconsin, Oregon, Maryland, Massachusetts, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Minnesota,and Illinois. These states are not eligible to service our clients. You must be available at least 15 hours per week as well.

What is the onboarding process? 

You will obtain an overview of MKB Remote Solutions and then register on our servicing platform. Each client has an additional training period that may be paid or unpaid and lasts 5-10 days. There is a $30 background check fee, and the background check remains valid for 36 months. This fee is repaid to you after 30 days servicing clients.

What do I need?

You are eligible to become an independent contractor as long as you have a PC laptop or computer, hardwired internet, and USB headset. If you are in need of equipment financing please state that during your initial interview. Please note MKB Remote Solutions does not offer equipment rentals or financing options but can connect you to third-party vendors that can assist you.
